The Oakland Raiders have continued to add bodies at positions of need as the off-season progresses.
William Joseph is the newest body in town and he is a BIG Body at that.
Joseph, 6-5 and 308 lbs, will compete for a starting job with Terdell Sands.
A HUGE disappointment in New York, Joseph is damaged goods, he ended 2007 on IR with back spasms, and he never lived up to his 1st Round (25th overall) billing.
In 5 seasons in New York, he managed only 7 sacks and was constantly in and out of the starting line-up.
In an odd twist, the man who took his spot last season was Dave Tollefson, who was selected off of the Raider's Practice Squad.
He has MAJOR potential and maybe being in Oakland will be a good move for him.
He is more than likely a "depth" signing and it can also spell the end of Gerard Warren's days in Oakland.
One thing is for sure, while the Nation is Sleeping Lord Al has sure been busy.
