Top 10 Oakland Raider Draft Busts of All-Time: #9 Marc Wilson, QB, BYU

Drafted #15 overall in 1980, Marc Wilson was the heir apparent to Kenny Stabler. It was a good thing that the Raiders brought in Jim Plunkett at the same time, because he saved Oakland's  bacon twice as he led the Oakland Raiders to two Super Bowl victories after the projected starters, including Wilson in 1983, turned up injured.

In 126 games as an Oakland Raider, Marc Wilson passed for 14,391 yards while throwing 86 TD's and 102 INT's.

Is Marc Wilson one of the Biggest Busts of All-Time? No. but, he never lived up to his billing and always seemed to wilt under pressure. I was only a kid when he retired, but I remember moaning every time he would enter the game. Perhaps some of you old timers can weigh in on Marc Wilson?

And, YES, this is a countdown to the biggest draft bust of All-Time!!!
