Oakland Raiders vs. San Francisco 49ers: Game and Broadcast Information

Getty Images

I know it's preseason, but who cares. This one is for Bay Area bragging rights as the Oakland Raiders take on the San Francisco 49ers in the hopes of exacting a little revenge for 2010. Not only did the 49ers deliver the Raiders into one of their low points for the season with an embarrassing butt kicking—a butt kicking ensured by a remarkably simple and ineffective game plan that played right into the Niners strengths, but they also stilted the Raiders season by knocking Jason Campbell into a stinger fueled bout of doubt and ineffectiveness in a game played at this exact time in the preseason.

Also, let us not forget about the 49ers laughing and taunting the Raiders at a training camp scrimmage two years ago when he-who-shall-not-be-named didn't know which team he was supposed to throw to. My how far this team has come in two years.

In case you are looking for it, here is when and how to catch the game.

Oakland Raiders vs. San Francisco 49ers at Candlestick Park on Saturday, August 20th at 5 p.m. PDT.

TV Broadcast: CBS5 Bay Area, or online at NFL.com if you have purchased the preseason package. The NFL channel also gives live look-ins and they will have game replay at 8 p.m. PDT on Sunday, and probably again during the week.

Radio Broadcast: KNBR/BONE Bay Area, Sirius 117 (OAK) 88 (SF)

We'll have much more pre and post game coverage to come.
