Well, Raider Nation, it looks like our Dynamic duo of Jacoby Ford and Darren McFadden will be on the shelf for a while. While Jacoby has been in a cast all week, Darren McFadden was out of practice today with what Oakland Raider Coach, Hue Jackson, called a "Small, slight fracture of the orbital".
The good news is that I saw him after practice yesterday and he looked fine. His eye was in it's socket and he didn't appear to have double vision.
I think that we will know the severity over the next few days because the severity could cause the healing process to take anything from ice and rest to inserting a titanium plate into the eye socket to increase stability in the eye socket.
Losing Darren McFadden would be a huge blow to this offense which is already missing Jacoby Ford and rookie Taiwan Jones due to injury and is still awaiting the arrival of Michael Bush.
