Broncos vs Chargers Monday Night Football game thread

New, comments

Two division rivals face off tonight in what should be a hotly contested matchup. The Chargers (3-2) and Broncos (2-3) battle for the top spot in the AFC West.

Raider fans should be hoping the Broncos win this one to keep the AFC West division crown up for grabs. If the Chargers win, it puts three games ahead of the Raiders. If the Broncos win, it means the Raiders are just two games out and within striking distance.

The Raiders have faced both teams this season. The Chargers came to Oakland for the Monday Night opener and beat the Raiders mostly due to the loss of Raiders' long snapper Jon Condo.

The Raiders traveled to Denver in week four and were beaten badly by the Broncos. It was their worst loss of the season in fact.

Dennis Allen and the Raiders will be watching intently to study how these two teams perform in this game. It's a double shot of film study for them. They meet up with the Broncos again in Oakland week 14 and they head to San Diego for the season finale on December 30.
