Who: Oakland Raiders vs New Orleans Saints
Where: O.co Coliseum, Oakland California
When: 1:05pm PST
TV: FOX
The Raiders play host to the Saints and their high-powered offense today in Oakland. The Saints come in having won four of their last five games after beginning the season losing their first four games. Their offense and defense are on the two opposite ends of the spectrum, however. Their offense scores the most points and their defense gives up the most yards.
The Raiders are very similar to the Saints. Carson Palmer is the NFL's third leading passer in terms of yards but the Raiders defense is among the worst in the league-currently giving up over 30 yards per game.
This game has the making of a shootout although it has been raining for a few days and there is an 80% chance of rain today as well so the field could be pretty soggy. That might hamper the passing game for both teams and lead to relying on the run game more. The Saints have the advantage in the run department as well, so it would appear there isn't many areas the Raiders can look to as a go-to.
