This Sunday the Oakland Raiders and the Lifetime Network are teaming up in their award winning series, Coming Home. The Series takes viewers inside the lives of Military men and women and features surprise reunions with their families.
This Sunday the Raiders will be featured as the team, with the assistance of the NFL, gave one family a touching surprise reunion. The reunion happened during halftime of the Raiders' November 6, 2011 home game versus the Denver Broncos.
In the episode the Raiders helped set up a fantastic surprise for the children of a lifelong Raider fan. The reunion was witnessed by a sold out crowd of over 60,000 in attendance at O.co coliseum that day.
It was quite an amazing moment to witness and I recommend tuning in if you weren't in attendance that day. Even if you were there November 6 to see it, the episode will allow you to meet the military serviceman and his family who took the field that day and reminded us of the sacrifices our men and women overseas make every day.
