The NFL has released its preseason schedule. Here is who the Raiders will be playing in this year's preseason:

Week 1: August 13, 5pm PST HOME vs Dallas Cowboys (ESPN Monday Night Football)

Week 2: August 16-20 @ Arizona Cardinals

Week 3: August 23-26 HOME vs Detroit Lions

Week 4: August 29-30 @ Seattle Seahawks

So despite the notable absence of the Battle of the Bay versus the 49ers, the Raiders will make just two short away trips to typical destinations in Seattle and Arizona. Those are the two closest, non-division NFL teams besides the 49ers.

They will host the Cowboys in what has become a near yearly matchup between the two teams whose owners Al Davis and Jerry Jones respectively had a close relationship. It will be a prime time Monday Night Football game so Raider fans will get to see their new team nationally televised right out the gates.
