After a hiatus due to the NFL lockout last year, the Raiders Nation Celebration will make its triumphant return this Sunday, August 12 at O.co Coliseum.

The Raiders have hosted variations of this fan rally since 1998 at a number of locations throughout Oakland, including Jack London Square, Frank Ogawa Plaza and inside the Coliseum itself.

This year's event will take place from 1:00pm to 4:00pm in parking lot B on the south side of the coliseum.

This family friendly event will be highlighted by the introduction of first-year coach Dennis Allen and the 2012 Raiders along with a performance by the newest Raiderettes. There will also be an interactive Kid's Zone as well as autograph opportunities with Raider Legends and Raiderettes.

There will be a special on site Raider Image, a game ticket sales booth, and food and alcohol-free beverage concessions stands.

The event is completely free and open to the general public and parking is also free. It takes place the day before the Oakland Raiders kick off the 2012 preseason on Monday Night when they play host to the Dallas Cowboys, August 13.
