As we all know full well by now, Raiders long snapper Jon Condo went out Monday night's game with a head injury against the Chargers. It turned out to be the Raiders downfall as he was replaced by Travis Goethel who two botched snaps, one slow snap that was blocked and nearly had a another blocked.

Condo didn't return to the game and tests show he suffered a concussion. He will need to be cleared by doctors before he can return to practice. This puts the Raider in the position where they need to figure out their long snapping situation immediately.

I would expect several long snappers to be arriving in Alameda very soon, if they haven't already, to work out for the team in case Condo is not cleared to return. Goethel is not a viable option as the long snapper and the team clearly would rather not put either of the team's current centers in at long snapper.

Dennis Allen also said Tuesday that cornerback Ron Bartell will be receiving and MRI on his injured shoulder today. If he is unable to return, Pat Lee will again replace him in the starting lineup.
