Raiders to have full house week one, will air locally

New, comments

The Raiders game has officially met the sell out requirements set forth by the NFL to avoid local area blackout and will air live. The game will appear on ESPN nationally as well as KPIX channel 5 in the Bay Area.

The league instituted a new rule that teams need only fill 85% of their stadium to be avoid blackout but per the Raiders, that rule doesn't come into play here. The game would have been televised regardless.

The Raiders would like to remind fans that those entering the stadium at least an hour before kickoff will have the opportunity to win prizes such as field passes, locker room tours, memorabilia autographed by Hall of Famers, Raider Legends and current players, the latest in merchandise, Raider Image gift cards, and more.

You can also see Ice Cube perform his new Raiders Anthem an hour prior to kickoff.
