Raiders vs Eagles Wednesday injury report: Raiders getting healthy, Nick Foles full go

New, comments
Rich Schultz

It's been a while since we could say the Raiders are actually getting healthy. In today's practice, there were only three Raiders players missing -- Tyvon Branch, Tony Pashos, and Andre Gurode. More importantly, Menelik Watson returned to practice after being out every game this season with a knee and then a calf injury.

For the Eagles, they too only had three players miss practice although they had six other players who were limited. One of the players who was limited was DeSean Jackson who tweaked his ankle during practice. It's worth monitoring to see if he practices Thursday and beyond.

Nick Foles practiced full which means he will very likely be a go to start for the Eagles at quarterback Sunday. If he couldn't go, he would have been replaced by rookie Matt Barkley. The drop off is considerable between the two quarterbacks. This season Foles has 6 TD's to zero interceptions while Barkley has zero TD's to 4 interceptions.
