Last week the Raiders were sitting in the seventh overall spot in the draft order. This week, following their loss to the Jets, they have moved up one spot. They had stayed at the seven spot after Sunday, tied in strength of schedule with the Browns, but with the Bears beating the Cowboys on Monday night, the Browns' strength of schedule moved them solely into the seven spot with the Raiders moving up one spot.
With three games left in the season, the Raiders could still pick anywhere from number one overall to 19th overall (barring some crazy playoff scenario).
Here is the entire top 20 picks as they stack up right now:
1. Houston Texans - 2-11 (.553)
2. St. Louis Rams (via Washington Redskins) - 3-10 (.519)
3. Atlanta Falcons- 3-10 (.558)
4. Minnesota Vikings - 3-9-1 (.529)
5. Jacksonville Jaguars 4-9 (.490)
6. Oakland Raiders 4-9 (.514)
7. Cleveland Browns 4-9 (.519)
8. Buffalo Bills - 4-9 (.534)
9. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - 4-9 (.572)
10. Pittsburgh Steelers - 5-8 (.485)
11. Tennessee Titans - 5-8 (.495)
12. New York Giants - 5-8 (.539)
13. St. Louis Rams - 5-8 (.553)
14. New York Jets - 6-7 (.490)
15. San Diego Chargers - 6-7 (.519)
16. Green Bay Packers - 6-6-1 (.461)
17. Chicago Bears - 7-6 (.475)
18. Dallas Cowboys - 7-6 (.495)
19. Miami Dolphins - 7-6 (.505)
20. Arizona Cardinals - 8-5 (.529)

The Raiders have a tough final three games -- Chiefs, Chargers, Broncos -- then again a team that loses to the Jets will find most games tough.
