2013 NFL expected cuts, cap casualties: Defense

New, comments

Those defensive players who are expected to be released in the coming weeks as teams seek to get under the salary cap. Others just because their current team is looking to move on from them.

Grant Halverson

The great thing about those players who are cut from their current teams is any team who wishes to signed them need not wait until free agency begins on March 12. These players immediately become free agents and can therefore sign with any team.

These players are among those defensive players who the Raiders could see on the market in the coming weeks.
