As previously expected the Seahawks will not receive any picks in the 2013 draft from the Raiders. They will receive a fifth-round pick in the 2014 NFL Draft and a conditional pick in the 2015 draft.
This means the Raiders will keep their full seven picks in the 2013 draft. They will need all those picks to continue with their rebuild. They currently have picks in round 1, 3, 4, 6 (2), and 7 (2).
The Raiders are currently working on a trade that would like bring at least one more draft pick to the team this year. If that trade is completed, it is expected to involve a round 5 pick - a round in which they currently don't have a pick. That pick belongs to, oddly enough, the Seahawks to complete the Aaron Curry deal.
This will mean the Raiders will send a draft pick to Seattle four years in a row. They sent pick in 2012 (round 7), and this year (round 5) for Aaron Curry, and now in 2014 (round 5) and 2015 (conditional pick) for Flynn.
