The final 2013 NFL draft order came out a couple weeks ago when the compensatory draft picks were released. The Raiders made a trade today which shuffled around one of those picks.
Here are the Raiders picks as it stands now:

The Round 2, pick 5, 37 overall belongs to the Bengals as part of the Carson Palmer trade.
The Round 5, pick 5 belongs to the Seahawks from the Aaron Curry trade.
The Raiders had the 13 pick in round 7 (219) from the Carolina Panthers in exchange for wide receiver Louis Murphy but it was sent to the Arizona Cardinals in the Carson Palmer traded.
*Round 6, pick 8 (176)comes from the Cardinals in the Carson Palmer trade.
**The Round 6, pick 37 (205) is the Raiders lone compensatory draft selection.
