First of all I want to say thank you Raider Nation, yesterday showed me why I am so proud to be part of this fanbase. I saw this in the comments section from the Woodson thread last night and thought it has potential.
Have a fan rally one the first or second day of OTA’s. make a tradition out of it. Unofficial player appreciation day.
I know they have some open practices that the fans attend and cheer for players, but thus seems to be a cooler way to interact with the players.
That was written by SliderS&B and it would really be huge for the fanbase to show the world of sports what we are all about, every year.
Now obviously, mad props to Oz, MoreGame, and everyone who contributed to the event and the ones who were in it for making it happen and having the original idea. Just throwing it out there again since it kinda got lost between all the other comments. With some more organization, it could happen.
Maybe throwing out the idea on Facebook and Twitter, asking Levi, Cork, Vic and others to RT those tweets. I'm not sure it will be done, but if it can be done, it would be amazing. This would obviously happen on a Saturday or Sunday around this time of the year so even more people can attend, including myself maybe. What do you guys say? Start the movement?
