Tracy Porter, David Ausberry leave Raiders preseason game with injuries

After escaping their first preseason game without suffering any injuries, the Raiders lost two potential starters in the first half of their week two preseason game against the New Orleans Saints.

First it was David Ausberry who went down holding his shoulder after a trying to elude tackles on a short catch from Matt Flynn. He immediately knew something was wrong with his shoulder and it looks like it could be serious. He is in a battle for the starting job at tight end and can't really afford to miss time with injury.

Tracy Porter went down a bit later and had to be helped off the field. He was walked off by two trainers very slowly and it was revealed to be a groin injury. That injury also looked like it could be serious. He started this game and is also in a battle to keep that job once DJ Hayden returns.

It's likely we won't know how serious the injuries are until at least Sunday when the team is back at practice.
