New, comments
Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

Game time, folks. The Bears come to town to face the Raiders in their third preseason game.

The Bears have a tough defense and a resurgent offense under new head coach, Marc Trestman. The Bears' offense features the likes of Jay Cutler, Brandon Marshall, Matt Forte, and former Raiders draft pick, Michael Bush. Their defense feature Lance Briggs, Julius Peppers, Bay Area product D.J. Williams, hard hitting rookie, Jon Bostic, Peanut Tillman, and Howard Melton.

The starters are expected to see around three quarters of action today.

Check out the gameday guide to get up to speed on all the game information and Raiders storylines.

Darren McFadden will not play in this game. He was said to be slightly injured but really this is more of a precaution.

Making their 2013 preseason debuts today are Lamarr Houston, D.J. Hayden, Jacoby Ford, and Vance Walker.

There will be a new thread up for the second half so be on the lookout for that once the first half is over.
