The inactives for the Raiders matchup with the Broncos tonight are out. Among the more interesting names on the list are Broncos cornerback Champ Bailey and tight end Joel Dreesen along with Raiders linebacker Sio Moore.
Both Bailey and Dreessen returned to practice this week in a limited capacity and were officially questionable on the team's injury report.
Bailey will be missed but perhaps not as much as Dreessen. The Broncos need his blocking abilities to help out with the loss of Ryan Clady at left tackle. Julius Thomas is a fantastic pass catcher but his blocking abilities are a travesty.
For the Raiders, Sio Moore was added to the injury list as questionable after he suffered a concussion in a car accident Saturday morning before the team flew to Denver. He accompanied the team and later tweeted some cryptic bad news.
Moore will be replaced in the lineup by Kaluka Maiava.
Appearing on the injury list as questionable this week with back spasms was Shaun Phillips. He is active for the game.
The full inactive lists are as follows:
Raiders: QB Matt McGloin, SS Tyvon Branch, LB Sio Moore, T Menelik Watson, G Lucas Nix, OL Antoine McClain and WR Juron Criner
Broncos: QB Zac Dysert, CB Quentin Jammer, CB Champ Bailey, RB CJ Anderson, TE Joel Dreessen, OL Chris Kuper, OT Winston Justice
