The 49ers are in St Louis to face the Rams on Monday NIght Football. With the late posting, the underdog Rams have already jumped out to a 7-0 lead on the 49ers.
From SB Nation 49ers blog, Niners Nation:
The San Francisco 49ers and St. Louis Rams square off on Monday Night Football in a Week 6 clash of divisional rivals. The 49ers are 3-2 and riding a 2-game win streak behind a strong defense and run game. The Rams are 1-3 and on a 2-game losing streak. They have struggled on defense, but the offense is slowly coming around behind quarterback Austin Davis. The offense has averaged 26 points per game with Davis in the starting spot.
The 49ers are 3.5-point favorites in this game. The line opened at 4 points, and has hung right around there all week long. The 49ers are 1-3 ATS in their last four against the Rams, but they are 8-1 in their last nine games on Monday Night Football, and 7-1-1 in their last nine games as road favorites.
From the amateur hour bloggers over at SB Nation Rams blog, Turf Show Times:
Just win this damn game. That's all.
