Carlos Rogers returns, Austin Howard upgraded on Raiders, Browns injury report

New, comments

Not a lot changed on the injury front for the Raiders today. But among those things that did change, were good news. Carlos Rogers was held out of practice on Wednesday with a hurt knee and he returned to practice yesterday just as Tony Sparano said he would. Austin Howard was limited in practice Wednesday with a neck injury and he was upgraded to practicing full.

The Browns got good news too, with K'Waun Williams practicing full from a concussion and Billy Winn returning to practice from his injured quad.
