The Raiders needed a boost coming out of the bye week and in their first full practice, they may have gotten it. Sio Moore was back practicing after missing two games with an ankle injury and Marcel Reece returned to practice as well according to media in attendance, including CSN's Fallon Smith.
The Raiders were quite thin at linebacker with Moore missing from the lineup. He suffered the ankle injury in the week two home loss to the Houston Texans and was rehabbing it on the sideline at practice prior to missing the games against the Patriots and Dolphins in week three and four respectively. That puts his out time at over three weeks.
Reece was out of Monday's practice with an undisclosed injury. Head coach Tony Sparano said was a strain of some kind but wouldn't divulge exactly what Reece had strained. The first official injury report for the week comes out today so we will at least know what body part was injured at that time.
Among those missing practice was Khalif Barnes who was lost to a quadriceps injury against the Dolphins in London. He was replaced at right tackle by Menelik Watson.
