Raiders wide receiver Rod Streater returned to practice today after spending the past eight weeks on partial season injured reserve. The starting wide receiver broke his foot in week three against the Patriots and was placed on the IR: Designated for Return list soon after.

This begins the practice window for Streater who is eligible to return to the active roster as of this week against the Rams. The team has three weeks to decide whether to activate Streater, at which point they would need to clear a roster spot for him.

The third year receiver was the Raiders leading receiver last season with 60 catches for 888 yards and 4 touchdowns. In the first three weeks of the season, Streater caught nine passes for 84 yards and a touchdown. He had his best game in the season opener when he caught five passes for 46 yards and a touchdown.
