NFL week 10 game picks: Struggling 49ers tough to call

We head into the second half of the season now. The home stretch, as it were. By now most of these teams have shown their true colors so we should do well with our picks.

Last week saw a tie for the best total of the week between myself, Tyler, and Asher. We each finished with a solid 10-3 mark, two of those losses coming from incorrect consensus picks of the Chargers and 49ers (though the 49ers got a serious raw deal. That was very much a touchdown and it woul have stood had they called it correctly on the field. But I digress).

My week best record was helped by being the only one to correctly pick the Patriots over the Broncos. And it was a beatdown of epic proportions. They have quite a video setup out there in Foxboro, I tell ya.

Tyler and Asher gained their advantage by being the only two to correctly pick Minnesota over Washington. That was a close comeback win by the Vikings. That week best, moved Asher up two spots into fourth place on the season. While Marcus' 7-6 record dropped him into the last spot. Picking the Panthers and the Cowboys were not good choices.

This week we have a whopping 10 consensus picks. Those are the Bengals, Lions, Cowboys, Ravens, Steelers, Falcons, Broncos, Cardinals, Seahawks, and Eagles.

The only game that has mixed predictions is the 49ers at New Orleans where it's split evenly 3-3 in our picks.

Rogue picks are Tyler taking the Bills over the Chiefs and Jeff picking the Bears over the Packers.
