The Raiders made a few moves again Saturday as they tweak the roster in preparation for their week 15 match-up with the Chiefs in Kansas City. They had a roster spot open after having released linebacker Jamar Chaney earlier this week. They filled that spot by signing Bojay Filimoeatu from the practice squad.

They created another roster spot by playing safety Larry Asante on injured reserve today. They replaced him with Ras-I Dowling from the practice squad.

Filimoeatu is an undrafted rookie out of Utah State. He was called up to the active roster earlier this season when the team was thin at linebacker and appeared in two games with 5 tackles (4 solo). The Raiders may really need his this week with Sio Moore missing practice with a hip injury and questionable for the game.

Dowling was signed to the practice squad early this season. The former second round pick spend two seasons in New England and last season with the New York Jets.
