The 2015 Pro Bowl rosters are out. While Marcel Reece has been named to his third straight Pro Bowl, among the biggest snubs this year is Khalil Mack who is the odds on favorite for defensive rookie of the year and considered by most to be one of the most dominant players in the NFL this season. He and Charles Woodson, who is having a Pro Bowl caliber season in his own rite, were both named alternates for the squad.

Those named to the Pro Bowl at outside linebacker are:
Connor Barwin, Philadelphia Eagles
Elvis Dumervil, Baltimore Ravens
Tamba Hali, Kansas City Chiefs
Justin Houston, Kansas City Chiefs
Clay Matthews. Green Bay Packers
Von Miller, Denver Broncos
Mack was not among the top ten in fan voting, though the fan's obliviousness aside, those who make the final decision should know better.
He has been called "nearly unblockable" by some in NFL circles, including Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll. His PFF rating is a phenomenal +56.2 which is second at ANY position behind reigning Defensive Player of the Year, J.J. Watt.
The next best grade goes to Von Miller (+50.3) who is also an outside linebacker.
I'm actually surprised they even have Charles Woodson as an alternate. He certainly deserves to be head to the Pro Bowl but I figured they would overlook him altogether due to his playing for a 3-win team.
The future first ballot Hall of Famer is tied for the most combined tackles among safeties (109), is fourth in stops (32), fourth in interceptions (4), and 7th in passes defended (4).
Those named to the Pro Bowl at safety are:
Kam Chancelor, Seattle Seahawks
Tashaun Gipson, Cleveland Browns
Glover Quin, Detroit Lions
Earl Thomas. Seattle Seahawks
T.J. Ward, Denver Broncos
Eric Weddle, San Diego Chargers
