You better soak up the NFL games while you still can. This is the last weekend of the 2014 regular season and after these early games, you will see the last Raiders game for eight months.
There are some good games on tap in the early going. Some of which will have playoff implications, while others will have an affect on the Raiders' draft position in April.
The game most of you will see is the one that most carries the playoffs in the balance -- Chargers at Chiefs. If the Chargers win, they're in. If the Chiefs win they would need the Ravens and Texans to lose to get in. That game is on CBS across the country except for the Northeast.
Switch over to FOX and most of you will see the Cowboys in Washington. The Cowboys must win to have a shot at a first round bye. That won't be enough, however. They would also need the Seahawks and Cardinals to lose in order to do it. If the Redskins were to win, it would guarantee the Raiders can drop no lower than the 5th overall pick in the draft.
Other games which affect the Raiders potential draft position are the Jaguars at Houston and Jets at Miami. These are games going on that you won't see unless you have Sunday Ticket or go to a sports bar unless you live in the immediate areas of any of those four teams. Either way, Raiders fans should be rooting for the Jaguars and Jets to win. They can move as high as the third overall pick if those two teams win and the Raiders lose.
