Raiders new left tackle Donald Penn grew up in Southern California where he went to Raiders games as a kid. Today he tweeted out a picture of himself signing his contract wearing an old school Los Angeles Raiders cap. It's a throwback cap but it's possible pretty soon it could be current once again.
