The Oakland Raiders have claimed OT Emmett Cleary Wednesday from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers just in time for their second mandatory minicamp practice. In a corresponding move, they released WR David Gilreath who was signed just last week.

The 6-7. 324-pound offensive tackle was originally signed by the Indianapolis Colts as an undrafted free agent in April 2013 before being waived by the team in September. He then joined the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' practice squad in October, where he finished the 2013 season.

Cleary has not appeared in an NFL game. He started every game over his final two seasons at Boston College, playing in 48 total contests and making 29 starts during his tenure. He earned 2011 All-Atlantic Coast Conference Academic Team honors as a junior in 2011.

The team has yet to officially issue him a number, though currently the only offensive line number available is 62 so it would seem likely that's what he'll wear.
