Raiders new starting running back, Maurice Jones-Drew was missing from practice on Wednesday. Dennis Allen announced following practice that the team's new ball carrier is not practicing with an injured hand.
"He's day to day. We'll see whenever he's ready to go."

That "day-to-day" timetable could be a bit longer if the CSN Report of MJD having a procedure done is true.
It is unclear when the injury happened, though Jones-Drew did take a couple of hard hits in the game, one of which being the big clothesline shot in the backfield from Quentin Coples that caused him to fumble the handoff and have his feet fly into the air.
Replacing Jones-Drew as the starter will be Darren McFadden who received just four fewer snaps than MJD in the game and five fewer carries (9-4). Latavius Murray could receive additional carries as the primary backup.
