It is Thursday Night Football time guys! This is a big game for the NFC East with the New York Giants heading to the Nation's capital to take on the football team that resides there. It is currently the battle of the cellar dwellers with both Washington and the New York Giants being 1-2.

Despite the currently losing records for both teams it should be a good game. The Giants are coming off of an impressive victory against the Houston Texans. They won 30-17 on the back of a 176 yard rushing performance from former Raiders RB Rashad Jennings. Letting Jennings go was one of the biggest mistakes that Reggie McKenzie has made as the General Manager in Oakland.

As for Washington, they had the most impressive loss of the season last week. They battled to the very end against the Philadelphia Eagles but it was to no avail as they ended up losing the game 37-34. It was a hell of a game that had Washington's back up QB Kirk Cousins play lights out putting up 427 yards and 3 TD's. As for their receivers, Pierre Garcon had 11 receptions for 138 yards and a TD and Desean Jackson added 5 receptions for 117 yards and a TD. Not a bad day's work, but not enough to overcome a talented Eagles team.

It should be a good game that will be worth watching. Chat here with your fellow Raiders fans as this NFC East rivalry goes down!
