The injury news out of Chicago has not been good for the Bears these days. With Jay Cutler's status already up in the air with a hamstring injury, now wide receiver Alshon Jeffery is expected to miss his third consecutive game with a hamstring injury according to ESPN's Jeff Dickerson.
Jeffery injured his hamstring in the team's season opener. He was limited in practice this week, but the injury has not responded as the team had hoped causing them to sit him down another week.
Jeffery is a big part of the Chicago Bears' offense. A Pro Bowler in 2013 with over 1400 receiving yards, he pulled in 85 passes for 1133 receiving yards and a career-high 10 touchdowns last season.
With Jeffery out of the lineup, the Bears top 2 wide outs will be Eddie Royal with 11 catches for 66 yards and no touchdowns and Marquess Wilson who has just 3 catches for 69 yards and no TD's.
