Week 11 is coming up and the 4-5 Raiders head to Detroit to face the 2-7 Lions. The Raiders are coming off two-straight losses to the Steelers and Vikings while the Lions are coming off a big win in Green Bay where they hadn't won since 1991.
That's a long time for a division rival, but it's been even longer since the Raiders won in Detroit. The last time the Raiders went into Detroit and came out a winner was 25 years ago when they were the LA Raiders. That was 1990. In fact, the Oakland Raiders have never won in Detroit.
But history is just that and this week both of these teams are living in the now.
