Just as Jack Del Rio said he would be, Lee Smith was back as a full participant in practice just days after having surgery on his wrist. Not at practice was Rodney Hudson who re-aggravated his sprained ankle in last Sunday's loss to the Lions. Also leaving that game with injuries were Taiwan Jones (knee) and Keith McGill (ankle). Neither practiced Wednesday.
It is nearing when rookie linebacker Neiron Ball was expected to be back from his knee injury, but as of Wednesday he was still not practicing.
