The 4-6 Raiders head to Tennessee Sunday to take on the 2-8 Titans. These two teams are led by young quarterbacks. The Raiders with their second-year QB  Derek Carr and the Titans with rookie number two overall pick Marcus Mariota.

Both teams have had their struggles to win games this season. The Raiders have lost three-straight and their once potent offense has not shown up the past couple weeks. The Titans too saw an offensive explosion this season. They scored 42 points in the opener against the Buccaneers and then 33 points two weeks later against the Colts. Since then they've surpassed 13 points just once.
