Tonight's match up is between the Baltimore Ravens and the Cleveland Browns with the Ravens surprisingly big favorites despite having just lost QB Joe Flacco for the season last week. Then again, maybe it is because the Browns are in turmoil themselves with former 1st round pick being demoted after being deemed the starter for the rest of the season for getting caught on video yet again partying.
We were running a little late in getting this open thread up so the first quarter has already been in motion with the Ravens taking a 10-3 lead so far. Their 7 points came off of an 82 yard punt return touchdown early in the first quarter and they now have tacked on a field goal to that. The Browns got their 3 points after being down 10-0 initially.
It is still plenty early for the Browns to make a comeback, but the Browns are 2-8 on the season for a reason. They have not been very good, but the Ravens are not much better at 3-7. It should be interesting to see if the Browns can keep coming back against an injured Ravens squad.
