Just once this season have the Raiders been favored. It was against the Bears in Chicago and they lost that game. In three games since, they have been underdogs and went 2-1 in those games, including winning the last two in San Diego and at home against the Jets. They are now underdogs yet again as they head to Pittsburgh to face the Steelers.

As you can see the Steelers are currently favored by 4.5 points. Even though the Raiders are 4-1 against the Steelers in their last five meetings and the Steelers just lost LeVeon Bell for the season.

Most likely the Steelers are favored because of the dreaded East Coast trip -- a streak the Raiders broke this season with a win in Cleveland. That being said, the Steelers with Ben Roethlisberger back from injury, are considerably better than the Browns and Heinz Field is always a tough environment in which to win. Raiders have lost 4 of their last 5 in Pittsburgh.

Ironically, prior to the win in Cleveland this season, the last time the Raiders won in the Eastern time zone was in Pittsburgh in 2009.
