Week 15 NFL odds: Raiders home underdogs vs Packers, make your prediction

Last week the Raiders had their worst line of the season. They headed to Denver with the 10-2 Broncos favored by more than a touchdown. It was the most a Raiders opponent had been favored by all season. And they pulled out the win 15-12. It made five of six wins this season in which the Raiders were the underdog.
