It's Wednesday which means the Raiders are back at practice in preparation to face the Packers on Sunday. They got some good news with the return of safety Nate Allen who had missed Sunday's game with a knee injury. Among those missing practice were Amari Cooper and Austin Howard.
Khalil Mack and Charles Woodson weren't at practice, but they are likely just getting the day off. Mack got last Wednesday off as well. Then he had his best career game last Sunday. That's probably a good formula.
For the Packers, Sam Shields missed practice with a concussion.
