The Raiders will send three players to the 2016 Pro Bowl. They are Charles Woodson, Marcel Reece, and Khalil Mack. In addition to those three making the team, the Raiders have several players who were named alternates.
The alternates are QB Derek Carr, WR Amari Cooper and RB Latavius Murray.
Woodson led fan votes at safety at the age of 39. He has 5 interceptions and 8 combined takeaways this season. Monday he announced the final two games of this season will be his last, so the 18-year NFL veteran makes the Pro Bowl in his final season. It his 9th career Pro Bowl nod.
Reece finished second in fan voting at fullback. He heads to his fourth straight Pro Bowl
Mack finished 5th in voting, but leads the NFL with 15.0 sacks including putting up 10.0 sacks over the past four weeks. He is a Pro Bowler in his second NFL season. One more sack will tie him for a franchise record.
Carr is sitting at 3589 passing yards and 30 touchdowns and 11 interceptions this season. Cooper reached 1040 receiving yards last week in his rookie season. Murray needs 44 yards to reach 1000 yards in his first full season as the Raiders' starting running back.
