In the Raiders final home game of the season, they welcome the Chargers to Oakland. Both teams have been eliminated from playoff contention but as it's a division game, it always means something for both teams. The Raiders won the first meeting between these two teams in San Diego in week 7.
Sitting at 6-8, a win would mean the Raiders would finish without double digit losses which would be their best record since 2011. It would also give them a shot at finishing without a losing record which would match their best record in 13 years.
The Chargers are playing out a lost season, but at 4-10 still have a shot at putting the Raiders in the AFC West cellar. They are coming off a win over the Dolphins last week.
