In the second and final New Year's Eve College Football Semifinal match-up, the number two ranked Alabama Crimson Tide take on the number 3 ranked Michigan State Spartans in the Cotton Bowl.

Michigan State gets back their first team All B1G quarterback Connor Cook. He had missed several games with a shoulder injury, during which the Spartans didn't miss a beat. They have survived on a strong running game, which also helped them beat Ohio State at their own game -- the same Buckeyes who beat Alabama in last year's playoff semifinals.

How are the details for the game:

Date: Dec 31, 2015

Time: 5:00pm Pacific (8 p.m. ET)

TV: ESPN

Radio: Alabama and Michigan State affiliates are available.

Online streaming: WatchESPN

Odds: Alabama is favored by 9.5 points

The winner of this game will face Clemson, which took down Oklahoma earlier today in the Orange Bowl, in the National Championship will occur on January 11.
