The final practices for the Raiders and Chiefs happened today and it brought bad news for both teams. For the Raiders, Rodney Hudson had returned to practice Thursday but was once again held out and is officially doubtful. Chiefs pass rusher Justin Houston is officially ruled OUT after missing all week with a hyperextended knee.
Hudson appears unlikely to face his former team on which he spent the first four seasons of his career. Should he indeed not play, he will once again be replaced at center by Tony Bergstrom. This will be Bergstrom's third start of the season.
The Chiefs will look to Dee Ford to pick up the slack replacing Houston and his team-leading 7.5 sacks.
Neiron Ball and Keith McGill are both once again ruled OUT for the Raiders. Neiko Thorpe is questionable.
Along with Houston, others who are officially OUT for the Chiefs are center Mitch Morse, wide receiver De'Anthony Thomas and safety Husain Abdullah. Wide receiver Allen Bailey and offensive lineman Jeff Allen are listed as questionable.
