In less than 12 hours time, the top two free agent targets appear to be off the table for the Raiders. Last night it was Randall Cobb re-signing with the Packers on a 4-year deal and now ESPN's Chris Mortensen is reporting the Dolphins and Ndamukong Suh have agreed to terms and he is expected to sign there as soon as free agency begins on Tuesday.
Ndamukong Suh will sign with #Dolphins on Tuesday based off parameters around $114 million and $60 million guaranteed, per sources.

There are still decent options out there at defensive tackle, but none come close to the caliber of player of Suh, a 3-time All Pro. The Raiders were expected to go hard after him, though the numbers he ultimately got a pretty staggering, even considering that everyone expected he would comand $20 million per season.
The Dolphins cut quite a few players from the roster to make this move happen including former Raiders linebacker Philip Wheeler who had just signed a lucrative contract there two seasons ago.
