With the Raiders allowing Stefen Wisniewski to leave as a free agent, the only true upgrade who could hit the free agent market is Chiefs center, Rodney Hudson. And with with the Raiders missing out on top target Randall Cobb and reports putting top targets Ndamukong Suh and Julius Thomas in Miami and Jacksonville respectively, the next on the list is Hudson.
Hudson has believed to be high on the Raiders list of priorities for some time now and Fox Sports' Mike Garafolo reiterated today the Raiders are going hard after Hudson.
Raiders don't want to whiff on the first wave of free agency, continue to make a strong push for C Rodney Hudson. KC not out yet, though.

There aren't a lot of surefire first wave free agents out there and Hudson definitely fits that bill. And if you add that he comes at a position on the Raiders that is suddenly a hole in need of filling, his addition becomes that much more vital if the Raiders and their near $65 million in cap space to come away with something worthwhile in free agency.
