One of the more interesting names still on the free agent market is that of former Giants safety Stevie Brown. He spent the past three seasons as a member of the New York Giants, starting 19 of 32 games he appeared in. He was not brought back by the team and now is close to deciding which team he will play for next. Among those teams interested is the Raiders according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
NYG safety Stevie Brown mulling 5-6 offers, expected to make decision soon, per source. Interested teams include NYG, DAL, ATL, OAK, TN.

Schefter lists five teams in total, including the Cowboys, Falcons, Titans, and a potential return to the Giants.
Signing with the Raiders would also be a return as the former Michigan DB was originally drafted by the Raiders in the seventh round of the 2010 draft. After one season in which he appeared in 15 games with one start, he would not make the team out of camp the following year. That season he showed a lot of potential and offered some high hopes, but the team opted for Mike Mitchell over him.
