Since Breshad Perriman ran a 4.25 40-yard dash at his Central Florida pro day, he has garnered a lot of interest around the league from teams. Among those teams is the Raiders according to the Orlando Journal Centinel.
Several other teams have shown interest in Perriman as well. Prior to his pro day he had workouts with the Giants and Buccaneers. Since his pro day, he has been making the rounds with visits with the Detroit Lions, Miami Dolphins, and Philadelphia Eagles and scheduled visits with the Arizona Cardinals, Baltimore Ravens, Carolina Panthers, Indianapolis Colts, Oakland Raiders and Tennessee Titans.
His speed at his pro day was especially impressive considering his size (6-2, 212 pounds). He is seen as a raw talent but has shown some good potential. Making him an ideal candidate for teams to want a closer look.
Mel Kiper seems to think Perriman will be a top ten pick in the draft, who sees a rise up the draft board in much the same way Darrius Heyward-Bey did with his blazing 40 time at the combine. Most everyone still sees him as an early second round pick, right about where the Raiders will be picking at 35 overall.
