With the rookie minicamp now complete, the Raider have made several more roster moves to add undrafted free agents. In the process they made corresponding roster moves, including waiving some of their priority UDFA signings.

Bell: Played two years at Louisiana Tech after transferring from Navarro Junior College in Corsicana, Texas...Appeared in 24 games with 20 starts in two seasons at Louisiana Tech...Two-time All-Conference USA selection.
Dixon: Played two years at Washington after transferring from Eastern Arizona College in Thatcher, Ariz. ...Also attended Alabama prior to transferring to Washington...Saw action in 16 games with one start at Washington...Totaled 12 tackles (10 solo) and one pass defensed...Recorded 39 tackles with four INTs, four passes defensed and one fumble recovery at Eastern Arizona.
Dyer: Played two years at Louisville after playing first two collegiate seasons at Auburn...Also attended Arkansas State, but redshirted his lone season prior to transferring to Louisville...Totaled 3,039 rushing yards on 578 carries and 22 TDs in his split time at Auburn and Louisville.
Edwards: Played three years at New Mexico after transferring from Blinn College in Brenham, Texas...Moved to cornerback from wide receiver following sophomore season...Played in 31 games at New Mexico, totaling 65 tackles (57 solo), three INTs and 19 passes defensed.
Wilkins: Played four years at Furman, seeing action in 47 games with 40 starts...Two-time first-team All-SoCon performer...Totaled 294 career tackles (150 solo), 15.5 sacks, two INTs, 36 tackles for loss, 14 passes defensed, five forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries.
Willis: In four seasons at Emporia State, totaled 127 receptions for 2,002 yards and 18 TDs...Garnered second-team All-Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletic Association honors as a senior.
