It must be Reggie Friday because the Raiders are tying up loose ends before the weekend. After announcing they had officially signed sixth round pick, Max Valles, to a contract, they have now added fourth round pick Jon Feliciano.
Felciano becomes the fifth Raiders rookie to sign his contract which means the team has now signed half of their 2015 draft class to rookie deals. Others to sign are WR Amari Cooper (1st round), and OT Anthony Morris and WR Andre Debose (7th round).
Felciano's was chosen at the 128 spot in the fourth round after the Raiders had traded down twice from their original spot at 102 overall.
His deal is expected to be worth $2.74 million over 4 years with a 2015 base salary of $550,163 according to calculations by spotrac.com.
The 6-4, 323-pounder played all over the offensive line in college at Miami and is officially listed as a guard/center for the Raiders. He played exclusively at the center position in rookie minicamp due to an overall lack of centers in that camp. While he is the hopeful starter at right guard, he could also end up the primary backup at center behind Rodney Hudson.
